  1. Wow, got you guys riled up...lol So Ray is scum, i get it, dont care, and if he played for your teams you wouldnt either. What bothers me is everyone wants to focus on Ray, and ignore the 52 other players on the Ravens roster as well as the coach. He was almost non-existent in this Superbowl but the focus here is still negativity to Ray. Flacco just won MVP, Jacoby Jones had the game of his life and Boldin showed true heart but the huddle football forum wants to continue complaining about Ray. Heck, i dont even think there was a Patriots vs Ravens gameday thread, only stupid ones about Deer Antlers and what Ray did 12 years ago...pathetic. I thought this was a football forum, guess not, everyone just wants to talk about everything outside football. Football is a violent sport fellas, so it will attract both the saints and the sinners...the sooner you all realize that the better.
  2. The Ravens won, Ray Lewis won his second Superbowl, and he will be a 1st time ballot HOF player...get over it. He wont be going away soon either since apparently he will be joining ESPN. There are plenty of questionable players in this league, as well as owners and organizations (hell i live 30 miles from the "racial slur" team in washington but I dont complain about them when they start doing well) If thats too much for you guys to swallow, go watch another league because Lewis isnt going anywhere.
  3. Stupid comments like this is killing the huddle...the game was all about the Harbaughs, Flacco, Kapernick and the offenses, no one is even talking about Ray, but you just want to continue piling on...its like a bunch of 12 years olds post in this forum. Maybe the huddle should run its course and fade away.
  4. Great game overall...thought it was over before the blackout...kudos to Kapernack and the 49ers. Right now, I'm happy for Harbaugh, Flacco, Boldin and Ed Reed...all 4 are true champions in my book.
  5. No contest so far, kapernick beginning to.show his inexperience and flacco continuing his great play n the postseason
  6. Both deserved the award, but Manning was a bigger surpise to me than Peterson was...so kudos to Manning
  7. Excellent pick...always been a fan of his
  8. Chris Carter – 1,101 Rec, 13,899 Rec Yards, 130 TD’s… Tim Brown – 1,094 Rec, 14,934 Rec Yards, 105 TD’s… Andre Reed – 951 Rec, 13,198 Rec Yards, 87 TD’s… In my opinion all three of these wideouts should be in the HOF, and I believe eventually will, especially now that Carter went in. Cant argue against the Chris Carter getting in, especially since he's been waiting so long to get in, but Tim Brown should be next wide reciever to be inducted (despite him putting his foot in his mouth this year with the Callahan statements)...as much as HOF is a popularity contest, eventually the voters cannot ignore the numbers...his longevity (17 years), consistency (9 pro bowls) and pure numbers (best overall WR not in the HOF...now that CC is in) should get him next year
  9. Amazed he lasted this long and dominant for most of it. 13 probowls is an amazing feat by itself and his IDP numbers were staggering during his prime. The Ravens defense have not been the same this year with him injured and will not be the same without him next year, Ed Reed will likely follow shortly afterward. In today's NFL, where rules have been changed to favor passing offenses, it may be a good time for one of the greatest MLBs to leave the game...hopefully he has a few more great games in him this month for that one last push to the big game.
  10. Pretty quiet in Maryland right now weather wise...mad rush in grocery and hardware stores been going on all weekend though. 200 generators were sold out in 1.5 hours at Home Depot Saturday morning. I dont think Sandy is suppose to effect the DC/Baltimore/Philly region until Monday night/Tuesday morning.
  11. Hmm...I got Wes Welker, Jordy Nelson and Brian Hartline starting for me this week for my BOTH AFL team...I must be colorblind
  12. Hope he gets better soon, always sad to here someone has cancer. Very dedicated and intense coach when he was in Baltimore, I only hope he kicks this disease and continues coaching in Indi.
  13. Auto banners and aftermarket part adds is all I see and once I bought something from americanmuscle.com (mustang aftermarket parts), ads from their site seem to follow me everywhere on the net (here and the MFL sites mostly) Very effective, I must say. I used to modify mustangs in my younger days (1990s) and hadnt plan on modifying my 06 GT at all until I began seeing all the slashed prices, reviews and how-to videos...now I'm hooked, again
  14. One for all and all for one Taking out M.C.'s with a big shotgun All for one and one for all Because the Beastie Boys have gone A.W.O.L. RIP MCA
