  1. ESPN just showed in arriving to the locker room on a cart. but I think Tate will still ride the pine for me this week.
  2. I agree that Moss is the obvious drop here, but if you're determined to roll the dice with him for the next couple of weeks, I'd take a look at Thomas. Jax is in turmoil, and can you picture a situation where you'll actually start him?
  3. Non-PPR league. I've been switching between Brandon Jacobs and Manningham all week, and now throwing Ben Tate in the mix. Tate is enticing, but I know I'll be second guessing that decision. So, Jacobs or Manningham?
  4. I'm actually thinking about dropping Lynch for Choice. I've made the playoffs so don't need a win this week and will have a bye next week, but can't imagine ever having a reason to start Lynch. Good move or bad?
  5. My team has great matchups this week, so I'm struggling with who to play in my flex position (standard scoring, no PPR). Marshawn Lynch @ ARI Johnny Knox vs. MINN Jeremy Maclin @ WASH Vernon Davis vs. STL (starting Tamme) Never thought I'd consider starting two TE's, but that's an option this week. Any thoughts?
  6. I have the same dilemma, and am playing Garrard. Steelers will be gunning for Brady who's already hobbling.
  7. Second that. Arizona is a mess, and between Percy's pains (including his fight with Childress), go with Smith and Knox.
  8. Standard scoring, no PPR. 90% chance of rain in Oakland may lead to more runs for Bush. Knox and Cutler are at home with a bye week to practice. Maclin's at home too, but Vick seems to throw more balls Jackson's way. Your thoughts?
  9. Nope, it's a start 1 QB. I'm just struggling in the mocks. If I go RB, I'm golden at that position, but playing catch-up every place else. Looks like my best bet is RB/WR/RB then see where the value is at QB/WR. Thanks.
  10. We have a strange 1 player keeper rule, where if a player is drafted mid-late rounds last year, he can be kept giving up a 3rd round slot. I have a top 10 RB that I'm keeping and I draft in the #4 position this year. The safe choice would probably be to draft one of the top 4 RB's in round one and follow with a WR, but our league (not PPR) is QB-happy, and I feel like I'll be playing catchup and not have any elite players if I go that route. There's even the chance that a QB will be gone in the first 3 picks (last year there were 2 QB's drafted in EACH of the first 5 rounds). Am thinking about taking a QB in round 1 and the best available WR/RB in round 2. Stupid?
  11. Can't bench SJax if he's starting, and he's listed as active.
  12. Without Ben, Mendenhall should get more carries, but I'm concerned the Ravens' D will make him their main focus. My other option is Snelling, but with the dreaded GTD for Turner, I'm not sure about that one either. I'm a big Steelers homer, and have been burned whenever I benched Mendenhall, but this week doesn't sound good. Thoughts?
  13. Definitely not Jennings. With Polamalu back, Pitt secondary is much improved, but Rice is still a good start. My instinct is Nicks will light it up.
  14. Felix Jones vs. ATL or Pierre Thomas @ MIA? Standard Scoring. Had Thomas in my lineup, but Jones has been practicing, and Miami's run D is pretty strong, so I'm leaning toward Felix, but at 3-3, I need a win this week!
  15. I'd go Marshall and Thomas. Lousy weather for the Pats and Welker has been banged up.
