  2. I don't see why everyone is all bothered by these moves. The only thing I question is the giving up of a draft pick for Bradford. Yes Bradford is a risk but pre-injury he was superior in every regard to Foles who, at best, is an average starter. Usually taking on risk means you get compensated, not give it. Also assuming they'll acquire another WR in FA. Maybe Crabtree or someone like that.
  3. This certainly is viable in a full PPR league. Having a trio of 90+ catch WRs is huge, not to mention fairly consistent scoring due to the PPR.
  4. Trust me, I value Mayock's opinion over anyone's. As a good kid, I hope he succeeds and he has to be the mostly highly rated rookie RB this year. Just pointing out there are varying opinions. In a dynasty, I would say someone is nuts if they take him over Watkins or Evans. That's not a thought that is echoed about elite backs when they come out.
  5. I'm bumping this because it jives with the Rotoworld draftnik opinion of him, who dubbed his tape Vick Ballard-like. Blech. Opportunity is great but only goes so far (remember Chris Henry?). I havent seen tape but he's not a sure thing.
  6. Going to roll the dice with Mike Brown. In the fantasy playoffs sigh
  7. It's snowing in DC if you consider an inch or two of flurries throughout the day snowing. I mean, I took my 1 yearold out in it to play outside, so it's obviously not impacting the game much.
  8. I'm running with Bostick this week with Gates on bye. Why not. I've seen good things on him since preseason
  9. This particular play didn't affect my teams, but it absolutely sucks more losing at FF due to a play at the end of a Monday night game. Countless times over the years I have stayed up to watch a game I could give a rats ass about, knowing Id be a tired mess at early Tuesday morning work meetings, only to lose at the end of the game at midnight. It blows, and yes, it wouldn't suck nearly as much if the game was played on Sunday. I think that was the point of the post and I get it. Simple gambling really. If you bet on 1 game and it has your full attention and you lose, it seems to hurt more than when you bet on 5 Sunday games that all go on at once where your attention is divided and you can think "well, I can always make it up in another game."
  10. Thinking about playing. How many people are paid? Overall winner or runner up too?
  11. You mean the Brock Osweiler experiment isn't off to s great start? Gag. Yeah, they couldn't have done a worse job backing up Peyton if they tried. So yeah, if he gets hurt they are screwed. But that's not unlike most WRs. Any QB can get hurt at any time, though admittedly Peyton is higher risk. Detlef pretty much nailed the top 25. But what's the 25th guy going to have...1000 with 6/7 TDs? That's certainly not out of the realm of possibility, and I think Decker is a lock for it.
  12. I don't think them both finishing in the top 25 is a huge stretch. I mean, there's not much to throw to other than them and the TEs. That being said, I think Decker is easily the better bet over Thomas. I have Decker 15th in PPR, 18th in non. Have Thomas around 30th regardless of format.
  13. Yep, right where I have him too - 13th. The upside just isn't there that exists with the QBs ranked ahead of him in terms of fantasy. And Im a broncos fan...
  14. I'm thinking this too. Don't know what SJax ADP is, but grab him and back him up with Pead and I think you should have a very solid RB2 all year. Its going to be a conservative offense and Fisher has never been much for RBBC, so the touches will be there.
