    Site Issue

Correct. Once you do that you'll kill the cookies and then to get to the new tools you'll have to go through the steps I put above again.

    Site Issue

Please try this: 1 - Go to http://www.thehuddle.com/myHuddle/projections.php 2 - Click on the "preview our new cheatsheets and rankings" link 3 - Go back to the home page. 4 - Click on the game predictions link (Goff pic) That should properly set your cookies for the new tools.thehuddle.com domain that will host all our tools like this going forward. You should then be able to go directly to the new game predictions and projections without the above steps.
  3. Glad to here. This has been cleaned up for week 16.
  4. Never mind. The offending links have been found and fixed.
  5. It would be helpful if you specified what link you think is broken as there are hundreds on the site.
  6. canes2004 - yes. once it works it will always work. mileswb - it sounds like you don't have a league selected with players tracked. Once you select a league with tracked players those players will show up for you. if you have a preset league set like Huddle PPR and have the "show only tracked players" toggle on then you will not see any players displayed.
  7. davec011 - did you try the instructions I suggested from above?
  8. So from this page (and you are logged into the site)... http://www.thehuddle.com/myHuddle/projections.php you don't see a "preview our new..." link in a gold horizontal bar across the middle of the page and again at the bottom of the page?
  9. Please try the following: Click on the link to the Week 16 Player Rankings. From that page click on the "Preview our new cheatsheets & rankings" link. Once you are the new player rankings at "tools.thehuddle.com..." go back to the home page and click on the Start Bench Tool link. That should get your cookies properly set for the news tools BETA site so you'll now default to those new tools.
  10. Right. Then just go to the home page or IN SEASON page and click on the weekly rankings link and you should go straight to the new tools.
  11. Once you follow the instructions I provided your cookies will be set properly for the new tools and it will be a one-click link from that point forward for you.
  12. My guess is that you are using a league scoring profile that does not include IDP scoring.
  13. They should be there now.
  14. Based on what you are describing if you click on the “Preview our new cheatsheets & rankings” link on that page you should be able to access all weeks (including week 11) in our newly designed tools.
  15. They are looking into that right now.

    New glitches

In the new tools it's the same thing. Just select the timeframe you wish to view (preseason through the current week). The links you are clicking should direct you straight to Week 11 projections.
  17. You and DO Jaded added. You'll have to tell me who to remove as the mods are not listed by forum.

    Player profiles

click on this link and that should prevent you from redirecting to the BETA player pages. http://thehuddle.com/switchback.php
  19. There was an issue with the email list that was causing the unsubscribe link to not function properly, but that has been corrected. If you click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails it should work for you now.

    ADS?!?!

If you've been with The Huddle for a while then you know ads have been on the site for quite some time. Over a decade in fact. That said, the current large banners appearing at the top of the page for some is not desirable and is not what we were told would be the case. So we are working with the development team to ensure those no longer display on the site and hope to have a resolution soon.
  21. We are continuing to work through some display issues with the newly redesigned tools on the site. Until we can get those resolved please click on the link below to switch your browser back to the current version of the site. http://thehuddle.com/switchback.php
  22. Probably not but I have no idea why it would be.
  23. You don't need that switchback link as that's for those needing to break permanently out of the BETA due to a display error. You should see a "return to old experience" link at the bottom of the new tools pages. Just click on that to go back.
  24. Your specific issue may be login related. Please contact support@thehuddle.com and they will be able to reset your login credentials and that could solve the issue you're describing. Also, we are continuing to work through some display issues with the newly redesigned tools on the site. One main issue is that the new technology used is not backward compatible with very old browsers. So those still using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 can not view the new tools. They must upgrade to a modern browser or they must remain on the current tools platform. If this is your situation then click on the link below to switch your browser back to the current version of the site. http://thehuddle.com/switchback.php
