No flipping way...you are not drafting a QB with the 1st pick and having Fields still there. It's not about the value at this point, he had to go and there's absolutely no guarantee he would be wanted while or after the draft plays out. League has already shown you that he's not what fans and fantasy players over value him at. Bears are showing their complete commitment to not only the pick but the fans/city. And trust me, living in the area it is greatly needed. Every single day on talk radio some moran calling up saying trade the 1st pick and get a massive haul and play Fields. They were not going to even chance a divided anything, as it should be. Fields cannot process from the pocket, at all. He can't run today's offenses, and that's a good part of why there is absolutely no market for him. Think what you want about Caleb, maybe he will be a complete bust. But at this point with that pick the Bears absolutely have to gamble on the potential and reset the QB clock so its gotten to the point that it no longer matter what the return is for Fields. Frankly their fortunate to even have the potential for a 4th at this point. Props to them for taking a chance that Russ pulls his same old bad play and poor leadership and maybe they profit off it.

How? The league has shown you what it thinks Fields is, and the long and short of it is “not good”.

Went to urgent care yesterday, can barely walk. Calf muscle just suddenly super tight Thursday night and walking is painful. Hasn't improved with ice/heat. Got tested for thrombosis/blood clot which thankfully was negative. Then basically got told to rub some dirt on it and sent home.

Have always just referred to them as the morning and afternoon games. Couldn't tell you why its that way, just seems to have always been to me and those around. Hadn't really thought about it before.

The comment was directed more at the cheering/jeering of your players/players you against. But regardless I believe that would be largely size dependent on the league. Many of my leagues are deep rosters and thus generally there is little depth on your roster where making changes in the afternoon is going to matter. I'd also imagine how many leagues your in would factor, I pay attention to one or two leagues for afternoon injuries but am not going back to review all 10 in the few short minutes between morning games conclude and afternoon kicks. Can only imagine the chaos of that for way too many league guys like Darin or Henry.

Dude, it's a Saturday game with no other games going at the same time. That's prime time, a highlighted game.

If the ref got it wrong then he got it wrong and there is no excusing that. It very much appears he got it wrong, and the crew that's had multiple issues this year already should probably be assigned to the most inconsequential game this week instead of a prime time game.

It’s truly pointless to worry about real time scores when you’re in a few or more leagues. The rosters are always going to have a degree of diversification.

Haven't heard anything on the local talk shows throughout the week that indicates he'd miss. That being said, haven't really been listening since Thursday when the work week ended.
