  1. RG3 is second in the league in YPA.
  2. Same here.
  3. I thought this was one of the best episodes the series has done...a little overwrought at points but well crafted throughout.
  4. I thought this was a really solid start to season 3...though this series always seems to do premires/finales well. It's all the talking in the middle...
  5. MFL has been erratic all day as well. I'm thinking it must be something to do with Elias or whatever service provides stats across the board.
  6. It worked before.
  7. How do people get worked up by such inane things?
  8. I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you. Take your pants off and speak up.
  9. I find this to be sound advice in a surprising number of settings.
  10. Isn't this simply a function of the market? NFL teams are de-prioritizing RBs and adjusting their spending accordingly - why legislate for them specifically? If you don't like it, play another position and make your money.
  11. Enjoy your b-day, Tom. And trade me all of your good Norris players.
  12. They seem nice.
  13. Agreed. As someone said to me, "What happened to people just killing themselves?"
  14. For anyone interested in this topic, I'd highly recommend this article. While a bit old (I first read it about 10 years ago in a Land Economics class), it's a great exercise in exploring the value of building stadiums with public funds. Briefly: "...independent work on the economic impact of stadiums and arenas has uniformly found that there is no statistically significant positive correlation between sports facility construction and economic development." Some other really interesting stuff in here around revenue sharing between players and owners, the role of Personal Seat Licenses squeezing out the average fan, and the badge value of being a "big city". Worth a read.
