Mattison has done pretty well when he's had RB1 snaps in place of Cook. Don't think Conner's ground game is going to be all that great so being .5 PPR is going to decrease his value. I think the safe play is Mattison because Bucs were middle of the pack last year against the run

12-person PPR league and I'm pretty light on receivers. Need to pick my WR2 and Flex. Kenneth Walker III is in for my flex right now but want to see if anyone is high on Mostert going into the season. Currently have Flowers in for my WR2 but I think I'm a little biased towards him.
