  1. Broncos finish 11-5, lose a tie breaker with KC for the AFC West crown. Go into playoffs as a wildcard team.
  2. I read once that his wife is part owner of an NBA team
  3. I wasn't around for whatever happened when he initially got branded as a tool, but man is it a blast watching what follows every time he posts.
  4. I believe it was a reach. Not necessarily saying they shouldn't have done it or anything, I was excited for Lynch. But there were a lot of potential year 1 starters at other positions of need available at 31. All I'm saying is that we'll have to wait a season or two until Lynch takes the field to find out he was worth a 1st and a 3rd.
  5. That's why I noted that if we hadn't made the move, then we wouldn't have got him.
  6. Broncos get a B+ from me. I'm excited about Lynch, but they over payed to move up and get him which is the only thing that kept it from an "A". But if they didn't do it, they wouldnt have got him, so I guess time will tell if it was the right move. All of the other picks filled a need and with the exception of LB, Elway addressed all of their needs.
  7. Tell me about it. I thought for sure they were taking Paxton Lynch. All the analyists said that the Browns didn't want Lynch at 8, but if they could move back into the late teens they would take him. Glad they didn't though. One happy Broncos fan here, even if I do have to watch butt fumble for a season or two before Lunch takes the field.
  8. To be honest I had never heard his name associated with the Broncos until i saw this. Went and watched his highlights and what not, have to say I like him. He can really lay wood. If that knee is all healed up, I would love to see him teamed up with the no fly zone crew.
  9. Theyd have to give up alot to move from 60 to 20. And I don't know if any team in that range would be willing to trade out of the first round completely.
  10. Idk about this one. I don't see the incentive. They already have limited picks. Back to back picks at 60/61. A need for them is on both lines, and there should be some decent players available in the late 2nd round.
  11. If Bortles can keep those turnovers down, and the Jags brass continues to put talent around him, he may become one of the better QBs to come along in awhile.
  12. I agree with this. I don't WANT Cook, but the thread was about predicting your teams first rounder. That's why I stated that we would take him. If the discussion is about who we WANT to be taken in the first, then I'd have to look at what other players from other positions are projected to fall that far (i dont know college football) but I'd say whoever the best D-lineman available at 31 is and to piggyback on MorningMud take Dak Prescott later in the draft.
  13. Most mocks I've seen have Cook going 1 pick later to the Browns if not to Denver at 31, so im not sure how you classify him as a reach.
