theeohiostate
Which 2nd string RB's are worth the most on draft day? Aside of the RBBC situations what your top five from this list. LJ Najah Toefield/Pearman Perry Turner/Spoiles Shelton Shipp Morency Betts M.Moore I think LJ and Moore are at the top, but if off the board, who do you like as well? Randall
Bettis too, but he is a starter now. And Travis Henry. Edited August 20, 2005 by Randall
sacosud
LJ, Perry, and Najah in that order.
theeohiostate
LJ, Perry, and Najah in that order. 939589 I would have to throw M.Moore in between LJ and any others, Bennett may not be able to hold him off very long. loaf
are you looking for a ranking of all those guys? if so I'll give it a go: LJ M.Moore Najah Shelton Toefield/Pearman Shipp Turner/Spoiles Morency Betts Perry
Glabra
I'd have to throw Brandon Jacobs in the mix for sure Edited August 21, 2005 by Glabra
Donutrun Jellies
Great question. LJ and MMoore are the best, but I'm not sure they'll see the field very often ... Ability aside, I think Toefield (Fred's injuries) and Najah (Green's fumbles) have the best chances of inheriting significant playing time ... and playing time means points. And if Jacobs becomes a Bettis-04-style TD vulture, he'd be the one to have ... Edited August 21, 2005 by Donutrun Jellies
Bubba the Dudd
Depends on whether I'm drafting for "sure" points/bye week filler or looking for the "home run" prospect to stash on my bench. Bye week filler/every week touches from Week 1 ============================ Brandon Jacobs M.Moore LJ Shipp Stashing on the bench and hoping ============================ LJ / M.Moore (flip your coin) Brandon Jacobs Shelton Morency Najah Shipp Toefield/Pearman Turner Betts Perry Of course ask me tomorrow and get a completely different answer . . . And I'm NOT saying that I would draft Jacobs over Moore or LJ because even when looking for sure points, I still personally include a look to the long-term value. Hugh 0ne
LJHenry Moore Shelton Jacobs Najeh 942378 I'm down with that. Bottom line is if you're going to spend a top pick on a guy that has injury potential/history/problems (Brown, Priest, Bennett), you better be ready to draft his backup before someone else steals him away from you.
