Bombs Away
64 yard was not a cutback...it was off tackle. He is obviously very talented, but watch him...straight ahead. If the play starts right, it stays right...just watch him. I don't like his running style, so maybe I'm being too critical. Great #3 RB though. 955871 You're being too critical. Chris Brown has an upright style, don't see the comparison. The Rams offense is as good as Indy's, look at Jackson as a younger, faster, stronger version of Edge. Bulger is no Peyton, but not very far off. If he gets some protection this year, he will tear it up.
Pitbull739
He looked awesome tonight. Nice runs and a SWEET catch of a ball thrown behind him. Who needs Faulk?!?
Ursa Majoris
I did to (6th rd) 955881 I've never played in a 4 man league before, I'll have to give it a shot.
WaterMan
He's a great running back. I just wish he was on another team.

Furd
I like Jackson. I think that he'll be a fine #2 back, consistent with a couple hugh games thrown in. Worth a pick in the middle of the 2nd round IMO.
DKF
If that was RBBC, I can live with it.
Bill Swerski
While Jackson looked great and will probably get 70% of the carries last season, Faulk showed some serious burst in the first quarter. The old man isn't going away any time soon. Fellow old-timer Ike Bruce looked solid as well. He may have lost half a step, but he's still one of the best route-runners in the NFL. redman
70% of that offense's RB1 stats is fine by me for my RB2. I think he's a terrific RB2. I'm hoping the doubters keep talking so I can nab him at 18th overall in my redraft league.
Avernus
I'd be worried about the running game not working early in games and Martz abandoning the run...
Trots
He'll be a top ten RB this year based on that schedule. So far this preseason, 28 carries for 206 yards, 1TD. And yes, I know that it is PRESEASON. Edited August 30, 2005 by Trots
Meat Face
DMD: "If you can grab him in the fourth or fifth round, he's worth some serious consideration." Uhhhh, is that a serious statement? In what moran draft would Jackson drop to the 4th or 5th round? And why only "consider" him at that point instead of jumping for joy? Whiskey Pimp
DMD: "If you can grab him in the fourth or fifth round, he's worth some serious consideration." 957158 I noticed this too this morning and was wondering the exact same thing. He's going in the middle of the 2nd round in almost all drafts.

TJOLIRPH
got him in 6th rd (10 teams only though) in my draft and no my friends aren't ten, they're just a little sloooow. (or to many years of drinking)
TJOLIRPH
and we play 2qb,2rb,2wr,1te and 1 flex (rb/wr/te) and my other RBs are Lewis and Jones, K
