Thews40 Posted August 31, 2005 Share Posted August 31, 2005 Drafted last night at #10 in a 12 team performance with a high emphasis on team Defense. I had it all planed that either Dillon or J.Jones would be there… not. Jones went at 1.7, so since I didn’t want J.Lewis (fearing injury) or T.Barber (just don’t think this year will be a good one), I took D.Davis. Snap decision, on the clock, out came the name and I couldn’t change my mind. I really didn’t want him, but he was more of a warm fuzzy than A.Green or K.Jones. Draft notes – Portis went at 3.4 (gift). M.Anderson went at 3.12. I drafted Ronnie Brown at 7.10, C. Taylor at 11.10 and B. Jacobs at 14.3. Of those three, I’m hoping to deal one of them for a decent WR3 after week two. Word of advice to J. Lewis drafters... take Chester in the 10th.
