I think it almost has to drop the value of even the top Saints performers. There is talk of many venues for them to play in including a complete road schedule . If they play at Tiger stadium in Baton Rouge which is a grass field that may slow Horn down a bunch. Just wondering your thoughts on this. I really dont' know what to think of it. I was hoping to get others opinions too, so thanks for starting this thread tbimm. I drafted McAllister at #9 this week and think he's good value that far down. I'll be in position to draft him again this weekend at #6 and before Katrina, he was who I was targeting. I'm just not sure now, if I should go in another direction. Hopefully this thread will help me make my decision. The Cowboys did their camp down there two years ago and unbelieveably loved the facility. It is indoors on turf so nobody will have to worry about them playing on grass. As an added benefit, I'd assume LA locals won't have to worry about blackout games. If you have power I'd think your local market would be able to show the game and San Antonio for those who don't know is a sports crazy town. Personally I'd be surprised if every home game the Saints play isn't sold out. Heck, I might go to one just for the experience. Plus I like to party on the Riverwalk. Nice weekend getaway for me. Deuce may be there and under normal circumstances I would probably grab him and not think twice. I feel like kind of a selfish heel for thinking about this with all the misery going on for people down there, but I have to believe that the pain and despair is going to drag the Saints down some. Certainly some people handle tragedy and loss better than others, and over the years we have seen some players and teams use it as motivation and rally around a cause. Whether or not that happens remains(obviously) to be seen. Its hard for me to believe that these guys minds are on ball, though, with all the upheaval in their lives right now. Probably going to steer clear unless(as someone mentioned earlier) they fall pretty far. In any event, my heart goes out to all those people down there. They could lose focus because of the situation at home, or they could get extremely inspired and want to play their best football to try to do something for the people of NO.
