I think they have a better offense than Dallas, meaning the Giants will have to put up more points against them than the Chargers will against the Cowboys. And, more points needed equals more passing, which equals more opportunities for sacks and INTs by the opposing defense, especially when you are talking about an unproven QB like Eli Manning.
