Lewis is a better back, you should play him, thats why you drafted him ahead of Barlow. The niners had a ton of injuries last year including the QB. Sure they won't make the playoffs but they will surprise people. The niners have nice defensive players who AGAIN were injured last year. The QB was injured, the backup was also injured. Rattay is healthy and he is throwing very well, Lloyd will have some nice games this year. Barlow wasn't healthy last year, he is back now. Yes Im a Niner Fan, Yes they are rebuilding Yes they suck Just be warned that they will perform better than expected. I just have to know what the thinking is with the head office. If you know you are rebuilding for the next couple of years, then you go draft a #1 QB, pay him a boat load of money and have him sit? Yes Rattay has value, but dang, Shouldnt Alex play to get the experience? Oh well, I suspect we'll see both of them splitting playing time this year. The niners looked ok during pre-season. I believe the rams will beat them Sunday, I just don't think you'll see a blow out like everyone is predicting. Barlow has a shot this year to be a tier 2 back.
