tomfin2000
His backs: McAllister, Chris Perry, Ricky Williams (Yes, I'm serious. He gambled on Tatum Bell in the third round and lost.) You can see my roster below and league scoring rules below. I'm not sure how solid Willie, SJax, and Taylor will be going forward. Do I offer him two of the three for McAllister, or should I just stick with what I've got and see what happens?
Trots
I like your depth as is. Stay put.
giantsfan
Well I am not a big Parker fan and still believe he with come down and share with Duce and Bettis at some point. BUT to give up him and Taylor or Jax for Deuce is too much IMO. Is Deuce really that much better than any of those 3? If I were to do it I'd deal Taylor and Parker, but I'd sit tight. You have good RB's and again is Deuce really that much better?
giantsfan
Personally what I would do Tomfin is deal Parker now for a WR upgrade. You know my feelings on Lelie. Maybe even package Parker and Lelie for a better WR to start with TO and Smith. And you'd still have LT, Jax, and Taylor at RB. That's what I would do. Having said that, do you think there's any way he would trade Hines Ward for Parker and Lelie? He was ready to trade Ward for Mike Anderson prior to this weekend's games, but after Ward's showing on Sunday, he might not be as keen to deal him. His other WRs are Burress, Coles, Stokely and Greg Lewis, so it's not like he's all that strong there either.
giantsfan
I'd say he'd do it no doubt judging by his RB's. If you make that deal you have LT, Jax, and Taylor at RB. And TO, Smith, and Ward at WR. I'd make that offer right now.
giantsfan
And if someone says don't deal Parker he'll be good all year well I'd say 1. that's a risk and 2. so what you'd still have Jax and Taylor at # 2 anyway.
