McNair and HC Fisher both downplayed the situation, although the QB was added to the injury report as questionable. "It's something I've dealt with from time to time in my career," McNair said. "It just got a little tight last night and I'm working through it.'' McNair also had a sore back after making a tackle against the Ravens on Sept. 18. He hasn't had much of anything to speak of this year since he came to camp," Fisher said. "We feel it is just muscle spasms."
