If USC should lose, who would face Texas?

They should face Georgia, but there is absolutely no scenario possible that would prevent USC from playing in the BCS opinion title game. The only wildcard was whether Texas would falter getting there. USC has the precedent decision set with OU on their side and has always been a foredrawn participant.

USC will dominate this Texas team. Texas STILL hasn't been challenged by NEAR the offense that USC will give them, i.e. Texas D is still in question.

That is correct, UTs D is still in question, while USCs defense is not in question, everyone scores on USC.
