theeohiostate
1189999 MINIMUN of 150 yards rushing from Bush.........sigline bet on it? Your homerism has blinded you if you think this Texas D can slow down USC's 34 game winning streak...........whatsoever. When Texas goes down in that game by 10-14, they'll fold like a typical Mack Brown team., just a heads up. Don't go betting the farm, you'll be homeless. GWPFFL BrianW
Bush runs all over Texas, who hasn't faced a good running team at all this year, and dont give me Adrian Peterson, cuz we all know that he benefitted from having an incredible offensive line last year. I agree Bush will do well vs. Texas, but he (& Leinart, White, et al,) also is benefitting from a fantastic O-line. Those big guys up front are all studs. And then again Bush might be a big decoy all game like vs. Sooners. Of course, we'll take another 55-19 score anyway we can get it... I would rather be called a child molester. I am a fan of football and have watched both teams play a lot this year. No freakin way does Bush break 150 on those fat mexican transvestites from Austin. GWPFFL BrianW
I'm just simply saying, that Texas hasn't faced a running game like USC's all year long, therefore there great "stats" are highly overrated. Bush can and will destroy the Texas defense who will get exposed.

Gonkis
It is a huge O-line. Bush earns everything past 5 yards, but my Grandma could get the first 5 yards. Did you see this baby huey yesterday? But you forgot the "first team All-American" part. His buddies Kalil, Baker & Justice are studs too, which is why Leinart's jersey only got dirty 14 times all year. If Texas sacks him more than once and holds Bush under 150 they'll be way above average and will be doing very well. And they might still lose... If Texas gets 1 or fewer sacks and Bush get more than 150 yards, you win. If one happens and not the other, then it is a puch?

Bush can and will destroy the Texas defense who will get exposed. 1190119 I get so sick of this. It is always the same with you guys. Texas's defensive stats are all smoke and mirrors, because they play in the big 12. Never mind the FACT that the Big 12 has 3 teams ranked in the top 35 in rushing offense (the same number of teams that the PAC-10 has in the top 35 in rushing offense). FYI, all three of Texas's non-conference opponents also ranked in the top 35 in rushing offense (2 in the top 11, in rushing offense). However, USC's offensive stats are all legitimate to you guys. Never mind the FACT that SIX PAC-10 teams ranked 89 or lower in total defense. Let me do some math for you. 6 of 10 PAC-10 teams (60%), ranked in the bottom 25th percentile in total defense, of all 117 Division 1A teams. Good Lord, Stanford (105), WSU (106), UCLA (111) & ASU (114) all finished lower than Hawaii (102) in total defense. And we all know what June Jones thinks of defense. Yes USC will be the best offense that Texas plays all year, and Texas will be the best defense that USC plays all year. In addition Texas will be the best offense that USC plays all year, but will the USC defense really be the best defense Texas plays all year? Not statistically speaking. Texas has played 5 teams this year that rank higher in total defense, than USC. Might surprise you to know that Texas Tech ranks 26th in total defense, ahead of USC's 39th ranking. All of the stats in this post are current stats, staight from the NCAA website.
GWPFFL BrianW
Maybe it's because USC has been picking apart defenses for the better part of 4 years now, and this years offense looks just as good as any of them. I don't know. Stats certainly are not the end all, be all of match ups. How bout the fact that Jarrett will be open ALL GAME LONG against Texas just like Braylon Edwards was last year when he systematically picked the supposedly GREAT Texas defense apart. Or how about the fact that Texas WILL NOT have an answer for Reggie Bush. NONE. And how bout the most important one... Pete Carroll vs Mack Brown. GAME OVER. USC by 18.
