Guest Cherni
Frozen. If you have a steamer, use that. I would sprinkle old bay seasoning on em, toss em into the steamer for around 12 minutes, break one open check it out and then finish off for a few more minutes if you need it. Depending on the size of the legs 12-20 minutes should do the job. Edited December 24, 2005 by Cherni
Bier Meister
if you don't have a steamer you can easily boil them from frozen.
Hugh B Tool
Old Bay is KEY!, steamed or boiled along with lemon wedges, whole pepper corns and salt - just did King, Dungy and Opie for Christmas eve w/jumbo prawns in the same pot. Needless to say no leftovers for a crab omelete Edited December 26, 2005 by Hugh B Tool
