Bier Meister
popovers cooking spray 2 eggs (beaten) 1 cup milk 1 tbs veg oil 1 C ap flour 1/4 tsp salt pre-heat oven to 400. spray muffing pan. combine beaten eggs, milk, oil. add salt and flour. mix until smooth. fill pan half way. bake for approx 40 min. immediately after removing from oven.... pierce each one with a force to release steam. if you want them more crispy... back in for 5-10 min. Yorkshire Pudding oven to 450. reserve pan drippings from prime rib. you want 1/4 C, if you have less add oil to reach it. in a bowl combine 4 eggs and 2 C milk. add 2 C ap flour and 1/4 tsp salt. mix until smooth. stir into pan with drippings. bake 20-25 min until puffy and golden. cut into squares.
