gilthorp
I made my first Christmas dinner this year. I prepared a bone in rib roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, french style green beans for the kids, grilled zuccini and squash, burgundy and garlic marinated mini portabellas, and a fresh salad with 3 different lettuces, red and yellow peppers, and cucumbers. For dessert, outside of the cookies and brownies we had baked during the week, I made a California cheesecake and a cherry pie. Nothing special, but we didn't have a very large crowd either. Guest Sores
Went to the theater and bought overpriced popcorn to eat while we watched Cinderella Man at home.
sundaynfl
We took it VERY easy this year. The kids helped me make homemade pizza, with homemade sausage, mushrooms, black olives and pepperoni's. The kids opted to make a pepperoni and cheese for them. The wife and I had a couple of bottles of Amon Ra Shiraz Barossa. The kids had Martinelli's sparkling apple cider. We are making lasagne tonight for a family get together at our house... I am smoking up some sausage right now...mmmmmm..
