Jimmy Neutron
A couple I haven't seen mentioned. I ate at a place called Hank's @ the Green Valley Ranch in Vegas - classy place and killer food. There's a little place on the main drag in Orlando called Vito's Chop House that has been outstanding the few times I've eaten there. Kirby's in Dallas is excellent. I've also become a big fan of a chain called Mimi's Cafe. While far from high end, the food is very good for $15 entrees.
Dutch Oven
There used to be a place in Columbia, Mo called Atascadero's that had incredible food. Steak, chops, seafood, etc. They also had another restaurant in Columbia called Cici's City Broiler. Awesome steaks, and they had a twice baked jalapeno potato that was solid. Dutch Oven
What was the name of the place where you could cook your own steak? 1378844[/snapback] That would be Alexander's. Not bad food, and it was a good time to go pick your own out and cook it.

yo mama
Clancey's in New Orleans was stellar, pre-Katrina. Albona in San Francisco has great food, though the fare has a lot of heavy sauces and the such. Small location; very old school.
