PantherDave Posted February 18, 2006 Share Posted February 18, 2006 Well, one of my favorite adult bevs(even when not used as a little bit of the hair of the dog) is the "Red Eye". My beers of choice are either Mich Light or Natural Light. I either use Campell's Tomato Juice, Regular V8 or Spicy V8(depending on the mood). A drop or two of worchestshire sauce every now and then for a Bloody Eye is not bad either. I replaced the salt with Nature Seasoning myself, and of course-black pepper. I found a perfect cup(18 oz tumbler) that holds the 12 oz brew and the 6 oz can of juice, so the drink is true every time. I will often order one when out of town just to fug with said bartender. I also love them when I fly, if Mrs. PD won't let me pound the Bloody Mary's(love them as well). If you have never tried one, and like beer and tomato/V8 juice-give it a try. Also, experiment with the other ingredients, as at times I'll use alittle pickle brine instead of the Nature Seasonings/salt. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
