PantherDave
Had one so good tonight it inspired a thread. Went to Harris Teeter for their buy one-get one free London Broils deal. Got home and marinated for an hour at room temp with garlic salt and worchestshire. Now, don't let the name "London Broil" fool ya, as not many people actually broil these in the oven anymore. I use my Jenn-Air for mine(put the grill attachments in) and cook over Med HI for 25 minutes(turning every 2-3 min). Cooked up a pot of white rice, added butter and garlic salt and parsley to it, and fixed some Asparagus as well. The LB was pink from end to end, with alittle more red in the mid. Also, made a packet of Bernaise sauce for the LB. It just all came together for a fantastic feed, and we have just enough for London Broil sandwhiches tomorrow-man was it good!!!!! So, what's cooking Huddle Nation????
Swampnuts
Dam that sounds good. I'll have to head down to the Hairy Peeter and see if they're on sale here too. I grilled up some Nathan's Famous tonight. Doesn't quite compare.
