If Ricky tests for something that isn't a drug, like weight gaining powders or such, I hope he doesn't get a year suspension. That would not be just. I hope the NFL chimes in and doesn't do that, maybe a shorter suspension.

When people turn their lives around(if in fact he has done that) they need to be sensitive to it.

And why does the NFL need to be sensitive to this. He and his agent know the list of band substances and if he accidentally took one of these and not the Josh Gordon, then too frigin bad! He needs to take responsibility for his actions no matter if it's a slight breaking of the rules or a major infraction. Doesn't matter. Tough luck, deal with it Ricky! See you next year.

Why not, Cloud did and he was poised at the time to maybe do something with his career. Not that he would have but, he had to take the hit for walking into Vitimin Shoppe and buying something over the counter. Nobody was "sensitive" to that.

It's rediculous, the screening must somehow become more specific. I think there should be screening but, there must be a way to screen more specifically. Is there really anything wrong with ephedra, prohormones, creatine, HMB, HGH precursors and the like that are sold in any vitimin store? If it's bad for athletes, what about the 16 yr. old kid walking in and buying the stuff? :D
