mggoilers
i think it's sad that a College junior could get a 6, if that's true. It reflects very poorly on the University of Texas. How can Vince Young not prepare himself for this? You're a big dummy, so we'll have you take the Wonderlic test but because you are so gifted athletically...you won't throw or run. He needs to go run the 40 today. He's not taking the process serious enough, and it's cost him a ton of money.
budlitebrad
Frank Gore also got a 6. 1342337 He has a learning disability though, doesn't he?
spain
Vince Young is a T-sip. I would be surprised that any TU grad would be able to score in double digits on the Wonderlick. Luckily for some former Longhorns, they do get credit for spelling their names correctly...

spain
He has a learning disability though, doesn't he? 1342607 Learning disability? Is that the politically correct term for "stupid" these days?
Goopster24
Learning disability? Is that the politically correct term for "stupid" these days? 1342836 He has dyslexia. Link. That made it even tougher for Gore to overcome a learning disability that affects his comprehension of written material. In his first year of high school, he was reading at a third-grade level. Because of the disability, the school enrolled Gore in a program that would have earned him a certificate of completion -- virtually worthless to college admission offices. Gore had been going to classes for children with special needs since being diagnosed with the disability in third grade. But once he got to high school, he sought more of a challenge and -- backed mostly by his mother -- was given more demanding assignments. He studied with a tutor several hours a day, spent evenings getting help from mom, and went to summer school every year. When Gore graduated with a B average, his reading skills were at a 10th-grade level. He also later earned a qualifying score on his college entrance exam. Its origin dates back to the days when A&M was considered a college and Texas a University. TU stood for The University.
Guest THEbigred
He's never needed to be smart before. Talent has gotten him where he is. Football is complex but its not valve replacement surgery. He's probably no stupider than McNabb and Donovan's doing jst fine. We learn what we need to. 1341987 racist. TU is what Aggies call Texas, because A@M doesnt recognize texas as "The University" of Texas, because they are also from texas.
theeohiostate
New reports are saying that Youngs test was scored incorrectly. The entire group of tests that were scored by one man are being reviewed and the new results will be out Monday. He could have got a 5 or a 50 for all we know now, probably still under 10 though. We'll see Monday.

theeohiostate
And the coverup begins...... 1342964 my first thought as well, seems like the damage control has started. Really could the guy that graded these things not count to six? Was he allowed to grade his own test or something
