DMD
Kid just ran a 4.32/40 that someone else timed unofficially as a 4.29. This is one fast guy that has his biggest knock of being just a junior coming out. He already was interviewed by Denver, Green Bay and Tennessee at the combine. theeohiostate
Saw the 40, kid looks big and physical and flat out fast. He could push his draft status to late 1st or early 2nd, just behind Moss.
Randall
He looked good on the gauntlet. He should move up, 6-1, fast, decent hands.
MrGameTime
He looked good I must say! My only knock is he is a Gator! Hate em'
Peensa
If Dallas doesnt land TO I would love for them to take Chad in rd1 then get the OT Whitworth in rd2.

Randall
how high in the draft is he projected to be taken? 1342967 Last I saw he was ranked 13th DRAFT SCOUT. 3rd round I would guess, but he will move up now.

Raider.Nation
Maybe Minny will go and grab him. He may be the missing piece... Randy Moss Troy Williamson Chad Jackson... to be continued....

Chief Dick
If he falls to KC I guarantee they take him.
gilthorp
Courtney Roby was fast last year, too.
Robash
id like the giants to make a play for him...a 3rd WR is a big need for them
Swiss Cheezhead
He will be the first WR taken. Speed was the only unknown element of his game; the rest is great. He had 81 catches in 2005. The only other WR with similar draft status is Santonio Holmes.
DMD
About all they ever talked about was WR Chad Jackson and QB Jey Cutler and how impressive they were.

Hugh 0ne
I'd bet a C-note that Detroit takes him.
CaptainHook
In a WR-poor draft, one thing is certain, he'll be drafted before he should.
darin3
In a WR-poor draft, one thing is certain, he'll be drafted before he should. 1343982 Yeah, pretty much. A rundown of the 2006 WRs a few weeks ago looked like this: 1. Holmes - Speedster with good hands. 2. Hagan - The NFL prototype for WRs from a heavy passing offense at ASU. 3. Demetrius Williams (Oregon) - Don't really know much about the guy, honestly. 4. Moss - Smallish but good genes. 5. Maurice Stovall (Notre Dame) - Don't really know much about him either. 6. Todd Watkins (BYU) - Ditto. 7. Jackson - I'll assume since this list is a few weeks old that he's shot up the rankings. 8. Jonathan Orr (Wisconsin) - Don't know much here. 9. Greg Lee (Pitt) - Dunno. 10. Brandon Williams (Wisconsin) - Another Badger? Others mentioned: Jason Avant (Mich - big and strong as I recall) and Skyler Green (LSU - I recall he's pretty decent) So yes, very shallow here. Outside of Holmes, Hagan, Moss and Jackson, I think all are really no better than projects. Edit: Oh, here's where I got these rankings... I'm sure they've been adjusted elsewhere. Gator Hater
He looked good I must say! My only knock is he is a Gator! Hate em' 1342895 Well I do to, But I have Darrell Jackson on my ffl and I would like to see Chad fall to Titans in the 2nd round. He could be a future #1. Bennett is a better 2 and Roby probably will not be 100% for another year and a half.
