Big Score 1
Word is that the NFL and NFLPA have agreed to yet another extension of the launch of the 2006 league year, which will delay the start of free agency. The full 72 hours this time? Edited March 6, 2006 by Big Score

loyalboyd
My feeling as of right now. Then I thought about it. And then maybe they might get a agreement and help out football and fantasy football land as well. If not.............
Avernus
we can all thank Dan Snyder for not being able to fix his cap hell he's caused for the skins... I seriously think he has single-handedly held up the start of free agency...
CaP'N GRuNGe
What a bunch of idiots. They're all making tons of money and can't come to an agreement quickly to continue the prosperity for all. What a joke.
loyalboyd
Do you know what will happen if the CBA doesnt work out as far as Redskins. They are one of the largest markets in the league. I wonder if they are finally thinking. This could hurt a big money market. And B. If this goes to a uncapped yr. He will just recut his roster again after a bad yr. And have maybe a 400 million dollar cap for his roster. A little crazy but he could really do that with the market he has and better yet. I feel it would be only right for him to do it since no CBA would allow him to do. I feel that no CBA would make them like the NBA. Just outright predicatable. U can know season in and season out who will win it all or at least the top 3 with little varying. I like seeing teams like Chicago coming out the ashes every yr. I just think if this happens we will see very little of this.
Guggs
Don't get your hopes up that free agency will start Thursday. The deadline will probably be pushed back again. It has been pushed back what now, 8 times?
