Whiskey Pimp
With CPep now gone, there's no way Brad Johnson is the future, (maybe this year, but no further) who do the Vikes go after? With Brees now in New Orleans, have there been any Brooks rumors?
Avernus
Brad Johnson....but they are also rumored to be one of the teams trying to trade up to the #2 spot...

Trade one idiot away for a bigger idiot? me thinks not 1369191 I don't mean to the Vikes, I just meant in general. I really just started two QB threads in one. Ursa Majoris
Brooks to Oakland, I would imagine.
Outshined
Brad Johnson....but they are also rumored to be one of the teams trying to trade up to the #2 spot... 1369175 Childress was asked about that on Sirus radio... He said they will keep that option open. IMO - I think it would cost too much. How many draft picks would the Saints be looking for? A 1st round in 06 and 07 and maybe another one??? General Itals
The Vikes will stick with Johnson for this year and take QB in the draft. I doubt they will trade up for one, though. Try to take one later and hope they hit a Tom Brady. Unless Vince Young/Jay Cutler drop somewhat close to their 1st round spot. Hey, it happened in the Huddler mock draft. Randall
Brooks to Oakland, I would imagine. 1369207 I would too. He has a good arm, but McCown is talking to Oakland too. Brooks back to Green Bay?
mggoilers
I would too. He has a good arm, but McCown is talking to Oakland too. Brooks back to Green Bay? 1369451 Oakland sounds perfect for him
SeductiveNun
Craig Nall was in town recently looking to sign as a backup QB somewhere. Maybe this will cause that to happen. Johnson starts this year, Nall is the backup, and then they draft a QB for the future. Just a thought.
