You can really see it when they are outdoors like when they played the Bengals and wore the home purple on the road. Change teh uniforms if you want but leave the helmets alone. the Vikings are one of the few teams that have not done a major change to their helmets. Pope Flick Posted March 22, 2006 Share Posted March 22, 2006 I, for one, do not like ANY of the full color unifroms: Seattle's, NYJ's, Arizona's, Denver, Chicago etc. They look like underoos and give the illusion that the players are slower - or maybe they just look 'faster' in all whites..... I hate purple- but even so, the Vikes have a nice classic look- they should not go all purple he11 no. There isn't one in St. Paul, but I there are about 5 or 6 of them around the Twin Cities (including Inver Grove Heights which might be closest to you).
