Crazysight Posted March 26, 2006 Share Posted March 26, 2006 (edited) Poole has the possibility of being good if he can stay healthy and get back into it (which he may not be able to do at this point even if he can stay healthy). However he's aging and has been out from injuries for essentially all of the games over the past 2 seasons. Starks was a total bust for us. Don't expect anything different. Czarina Posted March 26, 2006 Share Posted March 26, 2006 (edited) Tyrone Poole did pretty well here, when he was healthy. I remember though, soon after signing him there was a bit of controversy. He was really close to throwing in the towel altogether because he hated being away from his family. He may even have left training camp for a couple days, not sure. He talked it over with the fam and decided to come back, ended up staying for, what 2-3 years? He's been out for quite a while with some injury that I can't remember though... Oh, and Starks is absolutely a no brainer. Worst move ever made by BB. We gave up a draft pick for that whiny, non-contributing SOB. To throw him a bone though, I think his injury was pretty bad last year and typical of the Pats, he wasn't allowed to talk about it. He tried to keep playing and stunk.
