Menudo
Game 1 for Seattle in Detroit. 1407219 Which crime ? Your big-mouthed TE dropping 5 passes ? Your defense allowing a record-breaking TD run ? Your QB throwing an interception at a crucial moment ? Your team's inability to manage the clock ? Your defense allowing the same trick-play to work that was used just a few weeks earlier? Oh, nice in your sig. You are sinking down to Bushwacked's level. Congrats. P.S. :houseofpain: 'cause we've got five and you ain't got none' :houseofpain: Edited April 6, 2006 by Menudo

The steelers have only went 8-8 or worse 3 times dating back to 1991. Get a clue

As far as I'm concerned the Steelers had the higher score at the end of the game but certainly didn't prove anything about being the far superior team. It didn't help to have the refs helping the Steelers either. Just my opinion though.

It's always fun to have your team win the Superbowl but even if I was a Steeler fan I would have liked to see a fair officiating crew. It not only hurt the game but made it less interesting to watch. Goopster24
Am I the only non-fan of either team that KNOWS DJax pushed off? 1407475 The call of pushing off cornerbacks is one of the most inconsistent calls in the NFL. Yeah, he "pushed" off, but didn't Jerry Rice do that a million times? Either way, why are we still arguing about this? Let's relax boys, a new season awaits. Miles Davis
Am I the only non-fan of either team that KNOWS DJax pushed off? 1407474 Miles Davis agrees with you, it was a push-off. Also, Miles Davis knows that the holding call was legit as well. If the player is past you and you are still pulling back on his arm, Miles Davis knows the ref will throw the flag. Miles Davis
Why does Miles Davis talk about himself in the third person? 1407490 When you have accomplished as much as Miles Davis has, then, you can talk in the 3rd person like Miles Davis does. Miles Davis doesn't have to answer to you, but, Miles Davis is simply being polite. You should be thankful that Miles Davis even took the time out of Miles Davis' busy schedule to acknowledge your existence !!! Miles Davis is getting upset !!!!!! NoSupe4You
Am I the only non-fan of either team that KNOWS DJax pushed off? 1407474 Actually I agree he pushed off. Of course that was after the defender had hands on him 3 times: 1) Grab Jacksons jersey as he makes his first break infront of the goal line 2) Before the hand releases the jersey, he grabs Jackon's upper arm with the other hand 3) Before Jackson pushes off (which I do not beleive gained him anything) the defender extended his arms and contacted his left shoulder. At worst it should have been off setting penalties. I believe the proper thing to do would have been no call.
