MojoMan
Personally, I think that anyone who orders/cooks a steak beyond medium should just eat a hamburger.
chester
It's weird in Wisconsin. Many people like their steaks overly done, so when you order a steak medium-rare, the restaurants tend to do it medium. This doesn't apply to the high end steak joints, but most 'average' places. I prefer mine medium-rare, but in some places I order rare to get what I want.
rhippens
usually medium-rare or medium for me depending on what and where i am eating.

TDFFFreak
Medium. I don't like it bleeding, but if you go too much above medium you lose most of the juices and flavor that can make a steak so tasty.

Wolv
Its the iron in the blood that gives a steak its good taste. Anything past medium ruins a steak.
