jaxfactor
For all you Steelers homies, this is just an info thread because I read the papers here in Jax. Word out of minicamp is that the Jags used primarily a two TE set. They have rarely used this set before. Kyle Brady is primarily the blocking TE, so could this be opening the door for the rookie Mercedes Lewis to be the next stud TE? Providing he learns the offense, this could very well happen, especially with the loss of Jimmy Smith to retirement. Also noted was that the starting WRs in the offense were Ernest Wilford and Matt Jones, with Jones taking Jimmy Smith's spot. Jack DelRio noted that it is entirely too early to make anything of it and that all WRs will get time in that role during camp to see who prevails as the #1.
