"When healthy, Lee is extremely talented," his agent told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "He's going to be a great back for someone." "When healthy" has been Suggs' biggest problem, and now that Reuben Droughns is entrenched as the Browns' feature back he's no longer needed in Cleveland.
