keggerz Posted May 22, 2006 Share Posted May 22, 2006 (edited) Yesterday for breakfast i decided to experiment a bit.... made an EGG FRATILLA™(pronounced like Tortilla) for my wife. basically I made a Fratata then took 2 Tortilla shells sprinkled the bottom with a variety of shreaded cheese placed the Fratata on top then sprinkled some more cheese on top of the Fratata and put another Tortilla on top of it....kept the entire thing in the frying pan for a bit to help the cheese on the bottom melt...flipped it to let the other side of cheese melt....then sprinkled a bit more shreded cheese on top of the tortilla along with some bacon(real) and some chopped green peppers(popped it in the microwave for a sec to help melt the cheese on top...then after taking it out of the microwave I plopped a bit of salsa in the middle with a dab of sour cream in the middle of the salsa YUMMY oh and has anyone every heard of anything like this?
