Sophomore Slumps?

The only rookies that performed well enough on the offensive side of the ball to qualify for a sophmore slump were Caddy, Ronnie and H Miller and I don't see any of them dropping off from last year's performace

I think this is probably the correct answer along with Edwards if loaf is right and he probably is.

If I had to pick one of those 3 to slump it'd be Brown but that doesn't mean I think he will.

I don't see how he could slump with no competition for carries.

I don't trust Caddy this year. I think Gruden's over-use of him last year combined with the fact that he never really did rest/heal his foot properly will aid in his disappointment. I think he's tough as nails which is why he never rested properly but I think he pushed it too hard last year and this year it will come back to haunt him.

I like Ronnie Brown alot...

but the way I am approaching this years draft....it draws comparisons to last years draft...

I took Edge, KJ and then Jordan in the 1st 3....

CTaylor reminds me of last years Jordan and Brown reminds me of last years KJ...this is all based off of gut feeling..

if you are asking whom is going to be drafted to early--IMO-S.Jackson--hasn't done the monster thing yet and in the early draft going around 10 or 11

I think "sophmore slump" should apply to any player that had their first notable fantasy season in 2005, and as a Steven Jackson owner last year, I agree with you 100%. I watched at least part of every game he played in last year, and his inability to get out of the backfield really concerned me. Yeah, he's a monster once he gets past the line of scrimmage, but that just wasn't happening often enough for me to feel comfortable spending a high draft pick on him this season.
