Otis
Don't know how reliable it is, but I know he was in Tampa Bay and the Bucs were looking at him. Any confirmation out there?

Sir Loins of Beef
Live outside Tampa and the talk sports radio stations are letting Gruden have it-saying he is soft and letting a turd get in the punch bowl--can't say as I blame them-Boston is truly a disease to a clubhouse--How many teams has he been on in the last five years? BigTen
I heard that Boston is such a vitamin and workout freak that he sends a stool sample to a lab to have it checked to see if his body is getting and retaining the right nutrients. nogohawk
He could be a beast again under the right circumstances. Let's see how he makes it thru training camp.

Otis
I heard they were considering playing him at TE, which I think is a more natural position for him these days. He is too slow and stiff to play against DBs.

Maybe its just to light a fire under some of the WRs a$$.

He was second in the league among rookie receptions last season. I think Boston might be able to beat out some of the second year WR's they have for the last spot at WR. Again though, if he doesnt pan out then they drop him with no cap hit.

However, when I asked what he thought about the signing, he responded (and he is a die hard fan), " theyre so f---ing stupid". Then he started spouting off about the Bills and how bad they suck....typical conversation with him though.

forever in debt to mo lewis
heres an interesting tidbit from a chat session today with denny greens son jeremy rj (miami): Did the Bucs sign David Boston only to push Michael Clayton? The WR position is getting a little crowded. Galloway, Clayton, Hilliard, Boston, and rookie Stovall. I don't think they can keep both Hilliard and Boston. Jeremy Green: (4:05 PM ET ) If Boston comes in and regains his old form, they could eventually try to move Clayton. I talked with a scout on their staff that has told me the coaching staff is tiring of his partying, being late for meetings, not paying attention in meetings and basic aloof attitude.
