Avernus
alright.....Edge is looking like the guy with a few others slightly behind him.... I personally think Edge falls to around the 10th spot until that OL proves otherwise... I could miss out on a great pick...but I'd rather go with a back that is entering his prime, rather than dwindling out of it..... and that's not to say he doesn't have another 4 top notch years ahead of him.....but I don't want to draft him the year he finally falls out of the top 10 when there's other valuable candidates right in his league already... add your .02 on the 6th spot also...Caddy, SJax or Brown can all be good picks here....but I think Caddy is the guy as he'll not get run into the ground like last year... Caveman_Nick
I like Rudi, but... I'm not against Portis, Tiki, or James at 4th, 5th, or 6th, perse. They have their question marks, as does Rudi. They are all risky picks in one way or another. To me they are their own tier of 4. After that I would be looking at Ronnie Brown, S Jax, Caddy, and some others. I don't like Edge here either, but not because he's getting old. That O-line in AZ has never been that good. I'll believe it's changed for the better when I see it. Otherwise, 10 sounds about right. 6 should go to Ronnie Brown. He'll be a beast this year.
Grits and Shins
I, also, would pass on Edge here. He is closer to the end of his career than the beginning and is now with a team that hasn't had a running game in at least a decade. I think SJax is under-valued and I'd be happy to get him here. Caddy and/or Ronnie would be fine selections here as well. I take all three before Edge.

SJax, Caddy, Brown and then Edge, Rudi, Jordan all in no particular order...but the tiers are in 3's... you have the 1st 3...then Tiki/Portis...then the 3 young guys and then Edge/Rudi/Jordan... Men In Tights
I love the Edge this year. I think the OL in Zona has gotten a bad rap because of mediocre backs running behind it the last few years. With that passing game being almost as good as in Indy (difference being Manning), I see James having the same success he did in Indy. Goopster24
I think Edge is a gamble pick that could pay back huge. Arizona was awful in the redzone and Edge never got redzone touchdowns in Indy because of Manning and the aerial assault. I like what Caveman Nick said; all those guys have some risk with them. I just think Edge has the most reward out of all those guys. The reports out of Arizona camp sound good concerning the offensive line. I hope what you said about the OL is true.. on paper, Edge looks like a good pick with their offensive weapons....but unless the OL proves to be at least good at run blocking...I'll stay away...
