AtomicCEO
I'd never even thought of such a concoction. I just bought some at Wild Oats market though. If it's as good as I think it's going to be, I want to learn to make it. Anyone ever made it? It looks like you just mash the ingredients together. That's my favorite kind of cooking. georgemoe
My guess is mayo based might have both cayenne with hotsauce and maybe some crumpled blue cheese or blue cheese dressing. Sounds pretty good to me.
AtomicCEO
I don't remember seeing mayo in the ingredients... but it wasn't crispy. I love mayo though, so I don't care if it's in there or not. Without it, it was actually a little dry... but still good, really good.
Bier Meister
My guess is mayo based might have both cayenne with hotsauce and maybe some crumpled blue cheese or blue cheese dressing. Sounds pretty good to me. nod...my hunch as well. i am going to make this easy for you..... mayo based: pick up a roasted chicken from the grocery store..... take off skin, and remove meat from the bone. then shread it by hand. 1/2 C mayo 3/4 C sour cream 1/2 C crumbled blue cheese tsp thyme tsp oregano juice of half a lemon s & p to taste edit: oops..... to get it to the consistancy you want, wisk in some buttermilk. there's your blue cheese dressing take 1/2 C of frank's hot sauce 1/2 stick of butter.... bring to boil.. then reduce to a rapid simmer. let that go for about 10 min +/- in a mixing bowl toss chicken in sauce.... then add the blue cheese dressing. use whatever greens and veggies you like, but i bet there were carrots and celery in there.
