Randall
We haven't had a good on since Hentrich went to Tennessee. The open audition he wanted Ryan aims to unseat Sander as the Packers' punter By TODD ROSIAK trosiak@journalsentinel.com Although he has no previous NFL experience, the 6-foot, 202-pound Ryan did post impressive numbers in the CFL. He averaged a league-record 50.6 gross yards per punt last season for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, with a long of 82. In 2004, his first in Winnipeg, he booted a 92-yarder. "I had really no other options but to go to the CFL. There was no NFL interest," Ryan said.
piratesownninjas
I'm pulling for him to take over. BJ Sander was an absolute waste, especially when you consider what round we drafted him in... I'm so glad that the reign of terror has come to an end in Green Bay. Now we rebuild.
Randall
Whats the value of this post? Do any leagues use fantasy punters? If so i guess this post has value, the Packers will lead the league in punt attempts with the crap team they have put together! What's the value of yours? If the DST play improves the fantasy players on the whole team should as well, especially Favre. If they fall behind like last year the running game will disappear again and Brett will put up a lot more picks.

The Queens (on the other hand) think losing Moss and Culpepper will make them better.

I'm in a league that uses punters, so obviously the teams with the worst offenses have the more valuable punters.

Swiss Cheezhead
Apparently, this Ryan dude has a really slow "delivery"...or whatever the kicking motion is called for punters. If he can speed it up a little, I'm sure he has a better leg than Sander.
