nuke'em ttg Posted June 27, 2006 Share Posted June 27, 2006 dude at work told me when you're smokin a turkey put fresh eggs around it, when done crack the shell off and it's a brown hard boiled like egg that tastes smokey good, i'm borrowing my dads smoker for the 4th, anybody try this, or am i being played.... I think the winner of the Next Food Network Star said he didn't like eggs as well. Is it an acceptable thing within the chef community?
