Jalapeno Popper w/ Bacon

Made this this past weekend and it was the hit of the party..

 

Whole Jalapeno Peppers

Cut in half and remove seeds

Fill each half with cream cheese

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of cream cheese

wrap with half slice of bacon

cook at 450 for 12-15 minutes

let cool and eat

 

I made again and put crushed bacon in the cream cheese (maybe a little grease)

 

 

Hit of the party and was super easy

I've made those every Super Bowl party for the last 5 years. Very yummy.

I've done something similar. I like a little pressed garlic in the cream cheese and I'll sometimes mix another cheese in with cream cheese, depending on my mood.
