I had this at a restaurant a few months back and tried to copy it. 2 avocados diced Mixed greens 2 celery stalks diced Handful of red onion diced Handful of walnuts Dressing...I guessed 1/2 a cup of EVOO tablespoon or so of balsamic vineagar tablespoon of cumin and then adjusted for taste some sea salt and some ground pepper squeezed half a lime into it as well.
