Grilling Shrimp

I've got quite a few, when I have a few minutes I'll post them for you. :D

Recipes? What are these things you speak of. Throw a bunch of stuff in a bowl until it tastes good, marinate the shrimp and throw them on the barbecue.

The best advice I can give: Cut the shells down the middle of the back, devein, but marinade and grill with the shells still on.

If you want just "spicy" here is a simple one

Olive Oil and Tabasco-whisk together until mostly blended(make sure it's got a pink tint from the tabasco)

Get your Kabob skewers and kabob the shrimp, then brush both sides with the oil

Then take Cayenne Pepper and sprinkle or roll them in it-make sure the pepper is sticking to the shrimp

grill and enjoy.

Yep. I like Italian dressing, lemon juice, cracked black pepper, kosher salt and red pepper flakes. :D

Bier -

For the recipes you had in the other link (specifically Indonesian and Citrus) are those amounts for a pound of shrimp or is it just a guess?

I think I am going to try the Indonesian over the citrus. Good move?

yeah, you should be fine with 1-2 lbs of shrimp. also no need to marinate that one 4-24 hrs...more like 10-20 min for fish (the lime could start cooking the fish) and just brushing it on here and there as you are grilling.
