All over the news here this AM....newbies showing up at Lehigh University with their gear. Vets report Sunday. Full contact drills on Monday. :D

Not sure the support for other teams, but the Eagles get about 20K-30K people per practice session....unreal! To get a decent spot, you have to show up around 4:00AM, gates open at 7:00AM, practice begins at 9:00AM. All this to stand in 95-100 degree heat...and thousands do it daily!

I drive truck of food supplier out of Harrisburg. We've been pretty busy around the college area the past 3 days. All the local restuarants are stocking up, expecting alot of out-of-towners for practice. On Wed, I delivered 5 skids of Gatorade to Lehigh Univ. 60 cases per skid. They said prolly another 3-4 skids on Mon.

I'm interested in how Reggie Brown looks this year. Although it will be tough to tell during training camp of how involved he'll be......do you guys think he can be a legit #1 wr in this offense? Maybe he can blossom into a possible semi-poor man's 2nd year Fitz.

:D Though not commonly sold, an "A" battery is larger than "AA" or "AAA"

It's Philadelphia we're talking about here. They don't mess with "AA" or "AAA". It's strictly "C" for the regular season and "D" for MNF or playoff games.

Of course before the dome, Vikings fans just used the handy whisky bottles. Worked like a charm. :D

Oh, you guys are so uninformed. We do indeed use AA and AAA as pellet grenades to fire at opposing fans in the stands in neighboring sections. Easy to sneak into games, and you can throw them mighty hard because of the great leverage you can get. Plus, you get 8 AAA batteries per pack, as opposed to only 4 D per pack, so the value is there.

On the other hand, C and D batteries, due to their weight, are strictly used when you need to reach the field from the upper tiers of the stadium. The only caveat to this is divisional games with opposing fans actually stupid enough to wear Dallas/Washington/NY spamshirts to the game. At that point, you want to use the C and D-size to inflict as much damage and pain as possible.

And I thought all Huddlers were well informed? :D
