Gopher
Seven plus MVP Challenge, and I also do fantasy baseball, basketball, and golf. I have increased the number of leagues for about 5 years straight, and every year I tell myself that I'm at my max.
Chief Dick
Four: 1. Redraft 2. Keeper 3. Dynasty 4. 32 Homers (unique unto itself) This way I have one of about every type of FF league. Have yet to do IDP and do not want to at this point. I barely have enough time to properly prepare for the above 4.
TDFFFreak
I find that once I get much above 3, one or two start falling by the wayside and I focus on the teams that are doing the best.

This is about right. 4-5 teams are all I can handle, and definitely no room left in the cranium for IDP.

PantherDave
Bottom line here is most are FF junkies, and if you continue to hang here you will leave the 2-3 league mindset behind.

Since hanging here as PD said, Ive gotten in 3 BOTH leagues, MVP challenge, started my own dynasty league, all that while staying in my local. Also joining another local this year. Rovers
I try to have just enough FF teams to make me forget FF when I watch a game. Back in the day, when it was just my local, I found myself rooting for players.... instead of enjoying the game I'm watching. For me, that means about 4. That way, I'm playing enough players that I can't root for one player.... in one league I might have him, in another I'm playing against him. RexMcFlex
9 this coming year. Maybe if you cut them down some you'd have even a REMOTE shot of winning the "12 Men in The Huddle League" Sincerely, Rex McFlex (2 time champ of 12 Men In The Huddle )
muck
Bottom line here is most are FF junkies, and if you continue to hang here you will leave the 2-3 league mindset behind. Not completely true. I have actually returned to the 2-3 league mindset after slowly building to too many leagues previously. That said, I think it has as much to do with demands and work and home and wanting to be competitive (i.e., not spread too thin, FF wise).
