brainded
Why is it that Al Saunders leaves The KC Chiefs and goes to the Wash Redskins, it is important. In other words, KC will stink and Portis will rock. Yet, Kubiak goes to Houston, the Texans will rock, but no one thinks that the broncos will stink. Why should I think that any Bronco back will excel???

piratesownninjas
I beleive that the offensive play calling was all Al Saunders last year, where as Skeletor was very hands on and involved in the play calling. Kansas City lost their head coach, offensive cordinator, the best left tackle in the last decade, and the best blocking fullback in the league. The Broncos lost Gary Kubiak, Mike Anderson, and gained Javon Walker.
NAUgrad
I really think the reason why it has taken so long for Kubiak to catch on as a head coach is because everyone realizes that it's really Shanny that runs that offense. All you have to do is whatch highlights of the last Super Bowl Denver won and you'll know all you need to know. It was Shanny that picked out the weakness in the Atlanta D. Soon after, "TD to Rod Smith".
