rajncajn
Real NFL Playbooks from the Bears 87 defense, Bucks 89 defense & Pats 03 offense.
Grits and Shins
I thought you were going to show us a copy of a New Orleans play book and I was going to have beg to differ ... New Orleans hasn't had a real NFL playbook in as long as I can remember.

The Wolf
Very cool stuff...thought the Pats playbook would have more than 94 pages though.

Redzone Rowdie
I agree I would think the Pats 03 offensive playbook would be way more than 94 pages. I wonder if this is a "position specific" playbook, say an offensive lineman or something? At any rate, this is great reading material, gonna print it out, and throw a copy on the back of the john in the "library"! The Holy Roller
I thought you were going to show us a copy of a New Orleans play book and I was going to have beg to differ ... New Orleans hasn't had a real NFL playbook in as long as I can remember. I heard most of the pages weren't even colored on yet. Rocky Bleier came to speak to my youngest son's class his freshman year at Southwest Missouri State and he was hilarious. He mentioned that Bradshaw is always bragging about how QB's back in the day called ALL their own plays. Bleier said the Steelers only had six, lol. Franco run left, no, your OTHER left 3. Rocky, here is your ONE play 4. EVERYBODY go deep, Swanni, you go deeper 5. Who is the tightend?? you cut behind the back judge and I'll find ya, turn around so I can see your number 6. Lets go with option #1 'cause I forgot what Chuck called
Donutrun Jellies
Very cool stuff...thought the Pats playbook would have more than 94 pages though. This is great ... but then again, they're missing some great plays -- where is the "go deep, I'll fake it to you" play that we used to run in the schoolyard to keep the annoying kid as far away from the ball as possible? That's a great play -- in fact, I'm thinking Bledsoe will be petitioning Parcells to add it fairly shortly ...
