Frank Booth
Sorry if this has already been brought up, but as I watched the Saints Cowboys last week, I noticed that Brees was throwing at the feet of his backs on screen plays. Anyone else think that Brees has an even weaker arm than usual? Personally, the Saints made a big mistake paying Brees. The Chargers made little to no effort to sign him. This franchise is just snakebit. Bush falling to them was an anomoly.

Fantasy Jesus
Saban has said they chose CPepp over Brees based on medical reports. Has Brees turned into Pennington? One good hit on that shoulder and it's over.
budlitebrad
CPep did the same thing last night when he tried to throw one.

Rockerbraves
Didn't really notice the balls thrown at the feet, but could it have been that the RB wasn't opened and if he threw a catchable ball it might result in negative yards. Funny you mentioned the Dallas game because I remember commenting how awesome Brees was throwing those 3 to 5 yard swing passes that game. Recall him laying several passes right in Bush's hands without him having to adjust to the pass.

SteelerMurf
I do remember watching a couple NO preseason games and I agree that he did not look good. Maybe he improved as the preseason went on but the reason I didn't draft him in any leagues was I got a bad first impression. I am guessing he was not 100 percent at the start of training camp. Ain't nothing wrong with his arm now.
